A等主流源期刊发表SCI论文80(通讯或第一作者46篇,3篇论文入选ESI高被引论文,论文他引1500次,H因子22),在《化学教育》等期刊发表教改论文2篇。目前主持在研、完成国家自然科学基金项目2项、宁夏自然科学基金重点项目1项、宁夏高等学校优秀青年培育项目1项、配位化学国家重点实验室开放课题1项、省部共建国家重点实验室开放课题1、宁夏大学一流学科建设项目1项、主持区级教改项目1项,指导国家级、自治区级大学生创新实验项目5项。主编出版学术著作1部、授权发明专利3(美国专利1),完成成果登记1项。荣获2020年度宁夏科技进步三等奖1(排名第一)获宁夏大学2020年度优秀研究生导师;指导研究生获得宁夏回族自治区优秀硕士学位论文2篇;荣获宁夏优秀自然科学论文一等奖、二等奖、三等奖各1项。2018年,入选第三批“宁夏青年科技人才托举工程”人选。
