Stock Availability:
Although we frequently update our pages to reflect our stock inventory and availability, there may be times where some items will be placed on backorder and an email notification will be sent to buyer. At any time you are free to cancel any back-order item before its shipped by calling our toll free number. We accept orders for items not in stock to ensure you will receive the items in priority once they become available. You may call our toll free number to check lead-time for items not in stock.

Warranty & Returns:
We stand behind our product and we will make sure you will have the best service and attention you deserve. All items sold on our website are automatically covered by our 90 days warranty unless otherwise noted under item description.

Dantraknet.com must authorize all returns within 90 days of the invoice date. Within ninety (90) days of purchase, we will replace or repair, at our sole discretion, any product that is deemed defective. After 90days, the manufacturer's warranty process must be followed if still under warranty. Shipping & Handling cost is not refundable.
